3 Lbs Ground Beef
1 (29 oz) can Tomato Puree
1 (24 oz) jar Hot Salsa – riced to remove solids
1 (15 oz) can Beef Broth
1 cup water
1 tsp powdered onion
1 TBS dried Basil
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
¼ cup chili powder
2 TBS Worcestershire
2 tsp A1
1 tsp Tabasco


Brown the ground beef in a Dutch oven; drain.
Add everything else, stir and bring to a boil.
Reduce to simmer and cook about a half hour or until the chili reaches the desired thickness.
