Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: Overnight
Difficulty: Easy

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. Salt
2/3 cups sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a big bowl, beat the egg whites and salt until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar. Continue beating until mixture is very stiff. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet that has been covered with a sheet of aluminum foil. Put in oven and immediately turn oven off. Leave cookies in oven overnight. Tomorrow, remove cookies from oven and eat them.

These are worth making just for the "weird factor" alone. As their name implies, you put them in the oven and forget them overnight. These are very easy to make.
