Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagel

1- Thomas Bagel Thin (we use Plain)

1- slice Canadian bacon

1/2 tsp- margarine

3-TBS Egg Beaters Original

1- slice cheese (we use Sargento ultra-thin provolone

1/2 tsp- Dijon mustard (Country Style)

salt and pepper


Separate bagel halves and toast lightly.

In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, warm the bacon and melt margarine.

Add egg, keeping it separate from bacon.

Salt and pepper egg to taste.

Spread mustard on bagel halves.

Flip egg just before it cooks through.

Assemble; bagel bottom, egg, bacon, cheese, bagel top.
