From the Zojirushi bread machine Recipe Book.

Ingredients:

300g or 3 Cups Strawberries* (net weight)
137g or 2/3 cup Sugar
15g (Approx. 15 mL) or 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

*Remove the stem and quarter or halve the strawberries, then lightly mash before adding to the Baking Pan.

How to Prepare:

  1. Add the ingredients to the Baking Pan in the order listed.
  2. Press the COURSE button to select Course 14 and press the START button.

Time Required 1:20

Tips:

  • After washing the fruit, wipe off all excess moisture.
  • To store: Place in a clean container and store in the refrigerator. Consume within one week.
  • The finished jam or marmalade may be thinner than jam found in stores.  For a thicker jam, add pectin with the other ingredients.
