Pumpkin Kernels

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup pumpkin kernels (230 grams)

Seasoning:

2 tablespoons Worcestershire

1 teaspoon A1

1 teaspoon Crystal

1/8 teaspoon Tabasco

1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce

1/8 teaspoon H Tabasco (Habanero?)

4 full turns finest black pepper (1/8 teaspoon)

1/2 tablespoon melted unsalted butter

Directions:

Convection bake at 350 degrees

Mix seasoning and kernels

Bake on non-stick aluminum foil lined pan for 10 minutes

Transfer to bowl , mix in butter, return to pan

Bake 20 minutes, stir twice (If kernels were in the refrigerator, cooking time will be extended.)

Let cool, stirring occasionally
