Kung Pao Flavored Chicken

1 Pound boneless skinless chicken breast  cut in half inch chunks

Marinade
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
2 teaspoons rice wine or Sherry
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch or flour

Sauce
2 Table spoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine or Sherry
1 teaspoon sugar

Plus a Drizzle of sesame oil

Combine marinade ingredients in a medium sized bowl.  Mix in chicken and marinate for 25 minutes.

Add sauce to Wok and bring to boil.  Add chicken and stir fry about 7 minutes or until done.

Remove chicken and add a drizzle of sesame oil.
