Tasty Oven-Baked Filipino BBQ Chicken
Lots of flavor and easy to make.
I admit I tried this recipe just because I like the word Paprikash, and this is a dish we never had before. Carrie Lynn says “Can we put this in rotation?”
We already have a traditional Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe along with a new favorite, Deconstructed Chicken Cordon Bleu. Wanting a unique name, went with (translated from French) “Blue Ribbon Chicken”.

As of this posting, I have only made this once. Carrie likes it a lot and wants it in rotation as-is.
Under an hour to make.
Carrie asked me to find a different teriyaki recipe, something more authentic than the shopping-mall-food-court teriyaki sauce recipe we have been making.
Same ingredients without the pesky wrapping of the chicken, ham and cheese.
This was a hit.
