- 1 1/2 tablespoons All-Purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder (up to 4 1/2 if you are brave)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (Lawry’s)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon bouillon paste (Better than Bouillon) dissolved in:
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
- In a measuring cup, dissolve the bouillon paste in the one cup of water by heating in microvave for 2 minutes and stirring.
- Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until browned. Remove from heat and drain grease from beef.
- Return meat to skillet, sprinkle seasoning, stir to coat. Stir in water bouillon paste mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until the liquid has reduced, about 8 minutes.
