Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Flour (194g)*
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup Butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar (45g)
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed (166g)
1 package Jello vanilla pudding mix (can be chocolate pudding)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups uncooked oatmeal (150g)
and a total of 2 generous cups of a combination of:
Raisins
Nut meats
Shredded coconut
Chocolate chips
White chocolate chips

Directions:
Combine and sift flour, soda, and salt.
Combine and beat butter, sugars, and pudding mix.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Gradually stir in flour mixture.
Stir in oatmeal and the other stuff. Drop on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes.
