1/2 cup orange marmalade
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 Tbl. Sugar
2 Tbl. A-1 sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbl. Catsup
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp ginger
Dash of Tobasco
1 Tbl Worcestershire
About a half bottle of white wine (enough to cover chicken)
Just mix everything together. Stick in the chicken and let marinate for about two hours.
An awesome marinade for barbecuing chicken breasts.
