Light Sourdough Bread

From the Zojirushi bread maker Recipe Book.

Additional Ingredients:  (Pan contains Sourdough Starter)

38g (Approx. 38mL) or 2-1/2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar*
23g (Approx. 13mL or 1-1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
390g or 3 cups Bread Flour
24g or 2 Tbsp Sugar
7.5g or 1-1/2 tsp Salt
6g or 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

*If the contents have settled, shake the bottle before using.

How to Prepare:

  1. Add Additional Ingredients in the order listed to the Baking Pan which contains the Sourdough Starter.
  2. Press the COURSE button to select the Course 1 (WHITE course) and press the START button.
