Ingredients:
- 3 TBS unsalted butter
- 10 oz marshmallows
- 10 oz Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (or 12oz for a less gooey result)
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Melt butter in 4.5 L pot (or larger) on medium
- Add marshmallows, stir while melting
- Stir in vanilla
- Stir in Cinnamon Toast Crunch, folding until well coated
- Pour into casserole dish, 9″ X 10″ or smaller, lightly greased with Pam or unsalted butter
- Cut after cools
- Freezes well
