Everyone needs a tuna casserole recipe, right?

Adobo Roasted Potatoes are an excellent side dish for these pork chops.

Using a classic Puerto Rican adobo seasoning, this is a flavorful, but quick and easy side dish.

As of this posting, I have only made this once.  Carrie likes it a lot and wants it in rotation as-is.

Almost a full bottle of Red Wine in this recipe, so it must be good!

Carrie asked me to find a different teriyaki recipe, something more authentic than the shopping-mall-food-court teriyaki sauce recipe we have been making.

Same ingredients without the pesky wrapping of the chicken, ham and cheese.

Single Serving Egg Salad, for when there is no need to share.

Sweet and delicious.

Arrabbiata, a spicier version of Marinara, makes this a rich and tasty pork dish.
