{"id":450,"date":"2001-01-01T20:49:14","date_gmt":"2001-01-01T20:49:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pauldearing.com\/?p=450"},"modified":"2023-11-19T12:21:17","modified_gmt":"2023-11-19T20:21:17","slug":"restaurant-style-taco-meat-seasoning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pauldearing.com\/?p=450","title":{"rendered":"Carrito Meat Seasoning"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 tablespoons All-Purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>2\u00a01\/2 teaspoons chili powder (up to 4 1\/2 if you are brave)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon onion powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (Lawry&#8217;s)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon paprika<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon cumin<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon garlic salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon dried minced onion<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon ground red pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon bouillon paste (Better than Bouillon) dissolved in:<\/li>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 pounds lean ground beef<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>In a measuring cup, dissolve the bouillon paste in the one cup of water by heating in microvave for 2 minutes and stirring.<\/li>\n<li>Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until browned. Remove from heat and drain grease from beef.<\/li>\n<li>Return meat to skillet, sprinkle seasoning, stir to coat. Stir in water bouillon paste mixture.
