{"id":1249,"date":"2012-01-21T16:04:43","date_gmt":"2012-01-22T00:04:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pauldearing.com\/?p=1249"},"modified":"2023-11-24T12:23:34","modified_gmt":"2023-11-24T20:23:34","slug":"attorney-brownie-privilege","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pauldearing.com\/?p=1249","title":{"rendered":"Reese&#8217;s Peanut Butter Cup Brownies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1 cup butter, melted<br \/>\n3 cups white sugar<br \/>\n1 tablespoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n4 eggs<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1-1\/2 cups chopped <a title=\"Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hersheys.com\/reeses\/products.aspx#\/REESE%27S-Peanut-Butter-Cups-Miniatures\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reese\u2019s Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Note: The Miniatures have a higher chocolate to peanut butter ratio than the larger cups.\u00a0 We chopped them in eighths (approximately); the 1 \u00bd cup measurement is post-chop.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9&#215;13 baking dish.<\/p>\n<p>Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until thoroughly blended.<\/p>\n<p>Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until blended. Stir in the chopped peanut butter cups.
